Delivery diagnostics

No verification email? Check the delivery chain step by step

Repeatedly clicking resend usually will not make an email arrive faster and may trigger a platform cooldown. Use the signals below to determine whether the issue is the address, sender, network queue, or platform policy.

0–60 seconds

Keep the page open, confirm the address is complete, and wait for automatic polling. Verification emails from major platforms may be briefly queued.

1–3 minutes

Refresh once manually and check that you did not copy spaces or miss any characters. Do not trigger multiple resends in a row.

3–10 minutes

Return to the platform and check the request status. If it shows a cooldown, wait for it to end, then resend only once.

Over 10 minutes

The platform may reject temporary domains or the sender may be experiencing an issue. Try a new address; if it still fails, contact platform support.

Diagnostic matrix

Symptom Possible cause Next step
No new messages in the inbox Incorrect address, sending was not triggered, or the domain was rejected Verify the address and check the platform message
Subject appears but the body is blank Malformed email HTML or restricted remote resources View the plain-text content and do not blindly click external links
Several verification emails arrive one after another Repeated resends caused a queue buildup Use only the latest email and stop resending
The platform says the request was made too frequently A sender-side rate limit was triggered Wait for the cooldown; do not repeatedly retry in different browsers

Step 1: Is the address correct?

Copy the complete address shown at the top again and compare it with the platform field character by character. Watch for spaces added by input tools, an old email inserted by browser autofill, or a domain omitted during copying.

Step 2: Was the request actually sent?

The platform must clearly confirm that the verification code was sent. If it is still stuck on form validation, a CAPTCHA, or an agreement step, the email has not entered the queue. Complete the required steps, then check the inbox again.

Step 3: Does the sender block temporary domains?

Some platforms reject disposable addresses as part of their risk controls. This does not mean the inbox is broken. For important or long-term accounts, use a persistent public inbox or a dedicated email address instead.

Step 4: Were resends sent out of order?

Verification codes usually follow the latest email. An older code may expire as soon as a new request is sent. Sort messages by time and use the last code received once the queue has settled.

When should you switch addresses?

Create a new address if the current one was entered incorrectly, is nearing the end of its lifetime, or the platform explicitly rejects its domain. A new address creates a completely new inbox; messages from the old address will not be migrated automatically.

When should you contact support?

Contact support@sendfo.com if multiple independent senders cannot deliver, the page keeps showing errors, or address actions fail. Include the time, browser, and platform name. Never send a full verification code or password in a support email.
