Terms of Service · Effective September 2026
By using SendFo, you agree to these boundaries. These terms are not meant to restrict normal email receipt, but to prevent addresses from being used for harassment, fraud, platform-rule evasion, or harm to network security.
Email and forwarding depend on the internet and third-party delivery services. We do not guarantee that every message will arrive or that the service will remain available indefinitely.
A temporary address does not prove a person’s identity, ownership, age, qualifications, or relationship with any platform.
You must ensure that your email, signup, and forwarding activities are lawful, and keep recovery methods for important accounts secure.
We may limit rates, disable aliases, reject delivery, or end access that clearly threatens system security.
SendFo provides temporary inboxes, verification-code sign-in, long-term public addresses, and delivery-history tools. We are not a sending platform, identity provider, bank, or social network, and we do not control whether third parties accept temporary domains.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement where you live and comply with applicable age requirements. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms.
Temporary email addresses have a defined expiration by default. Extensions are valid only when the interface and system allow them. After expiration, an address may become unavailable again and emails may be deleted, so do not use it as the sole recovery method for a critical account.
You are responsible for controlling your sign-in email, verification codes, and authenticator devices. Do not share short-lived tokens or bypass security steps. If you notice unauthorized access, promptly suspend the relevant public address and contact support.
Public addresses can be paused, restored, and deleted, but deletion does not guarantee that copies saved by third parties will also disappear. Use different inboxes for different relationships, and avoid receiving highly sensitive medical or financial information at a public address.
Email content is the responsibility of the sender and the participants in the recipient relationship; we do not claim ownership of it. For security and delivery purposes, we may automatically process, scan, quarantine, or reject content that appears dangerous.
You must not interfere with infrastructure, enumerate addresses in bulk, evade rate limits, probe other people’s tokens, or use the service to attack third parties. Unauthorized automation, reverse engineering, and resource-intensive activity may be blocked immediately.
| Item | Service commitment | What you should do |
|---|---|---|
| Temporary email | Available only during the mailbox lifecycle | Read necessary information promptly |
| Delivery history | Stored for up to 30 rolling days | Save necessary credentials yourself |
| Public address | May be restricted due to abuse or risk | Keep its use lawful and explainable |
We work to maintain the service, but maintenance, network failures, attacks, supplier changes, or legal requirements may cause interruptions. We may adjust features, quotas, and restrictions, and will make reasonable efforts to explain significant changes.
The site interface, brand assets, documentation, and proprietary code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights to content you submit while granting us a limited license to process it as necessary to provide the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, or third-party refusals. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using the service and delete public addresses; we may terminate access for serious or ongoing violations. Send questions about these terms, abuse reports, or dispute notices to support@sendfo.com, and we will handle them in accordance with applicable law and reasonable procedures.
